My Evernest Property Manager is the best PM partner I have had the pleasure of working with. She’s committed, prudent, diligent, and manages communication very effectively. She’s very rational and realistic and balances it well with my aspirations as a landlord. I’m very analytical and demanding and as she manages five houses for me, so my demands are sometimes five times more. I’m fortunate and gratified to have her as a trusted partner, collaborator and friend. She’s absolutely outstanding as a property manager, advisor and troubleshooter.
